Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must have been purchased within the last 30 days, be in its original, unused condition with original packaging, and not be a final sale item.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@giorgiomartino.com with your order number and the reason for the return within 1 hour of placing your order. If the request is made after 1 hour, the order cannot be canceled because it will already be in the order processing stage. If you do not want the order, you can return it after you receive it.

Receive Return Shipping level: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will send you with a Return Shipping level and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Ship the Item: Securely package the item, including all original packaging and any accessories. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the return address provided in the instructions.

What is the restocking fee?

Restocking fee is 25% 

How much will customers pay for return shipping?

For defective products: No cost
For customer remorse: Customers are responsible

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@giorgiomartino.com.
